Yes. BrickROI uses row-level security on every deal, Canadian-hosted infrastructure, and we do not sell your data to anyone. Payment info is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
What Canadian listing sites can BrickROI import from?
Realtor.ca, Kijiji, Zillow, and most Canadian brokerage sites. If a URL does not parse, you can enter the address and we pull the property data directly.
How accurate are the numbers?
Every calculator is golden-tested to the penny against Nate Rempel's corrected spreadsheet on every release. DSCR, cap rate, CoC, IRR, CMHC premium, mortgage amortization, and 25-year projections all match to the cent.
Can I export to my own spreadsheet?
Yes. Pro and Foundation both export a 6-sheet XLSX with live formulas. We encourage cross-checking in your own model.
What's the difference between Foundation and Pro?
Foundation includes 5 active deals and 5 Deal Mentor sessions per month. Pro includes unlimited deals, unlimited Mentor sessions powered by the latest Claude Sonnet with persistent memory. Will a lender accept your PDF report?
The 7-page PDF is formatted for Canadian lender conventions and includes all inputs, assumptions, sensitivity analysis, and CMHC calculations. It is designed for your bank meeting.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Your account pauses. Your deals, scenarios, Mentor history, and exports stay safe. To keep using BrickROI after day 7, pick a plan (Pro at $97/mo or Foundation at $27/mo) and your account reactivates instantly. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a paid plan from the billing portal at any time.
Do you cover CMHC insurance?
Yes. CMHC premium is auto-calculated for every eligible deal, including MLI Select point scoring.
Do you support commercial or multi-unit?
BrickROI currently covers residential 1 to 12 units. Commercial is on the roadmap.
